Placement cell – Vismayam
The goal of Placement Cell at Vismayam is to provide job opportunities and world class training to students of Vismayam in leading Interior design/ Multimedia organizations. The cell arranges campus selection of students, programmes for personality development, competitive examinations and guidance for interviews, practical training in interior design/ multimedia industries, support for higher studies in India and abroad, and other career development programmes.
Objectives
The most important objective of the Placement Cell is to develop the employability and professionalism of the students after completing a course in Interior design/ Multimedia and to restructure their confidence. This entails the following:
- Augment institution-industry interaction
- Introduce the students to interior design/multimedia Industrial environments
- Give confidence to the students for participate in value-added events.
- understand the ambitions of the students talking about their chosen career path.
- Assist the students in realizing their short-term career goals
- Share information regarding developing trends in local and international industrial fields.
Activities
The Placement Cell is functioning for linking up with the cooperate segments who watch out for the candidates passing out from the course in interior design or multimedia. The placement cell authorities dedicate their attention on improving areas relating to the development of Language skills, Personality and Communication Skills, Preparation of curriculum vitae, Facing Interviews sessions, Group Discussion, Creative ability and public speaking.
